How do bid credits work?
Each bid costs 1 credit. When you place a bid, 1 credit is deducted from your account. The auction price increases by 1 credit with each bid. If you win, you pay the final credit amount in Rands (1 credit = R1).
What happens when I upgrade?
When you upgrade to a new package, your existing credits are forfeited and replaced with the new package's credits. You must acknowledge this before upgrading.
Do credits expire?
Yes, credits expire exactly 6 months after purchase. Make sure to use them before they expire!
What's the difference between Normal and Premium?
Normal members can only bid in the Normal Auction Room. Premium members have access to BOTH rooms, including exclusive Premium auctions featuring the rarest and most valuable items.
